Na základe odporúčania od kamarátky som sa rozhodol využiť ich služby a dnes môžem s čistým svedomím konštatovať, že to bolo správne rozhodnutie. Pán Halabuk od prvého momentu vystupoval ako skúsený profesionál s vysokou úrovňou komunikácie, čo výrazne prispelo k mojej dôvere v celý proces predaja. Jeho prístup bol komplexný a veľmi precízny, čo sa prejavilo už pri počiatočnej obhliadke a následnej príprave ponuky, kde okrem kvalitných fotografií zabezpečil aj pôsobivé profesionálne zábery z dronu. Vďaka tejto atraktívnej prezentácii nebola nehnuteľnosť v ponuke dlho a záujemcovia sa našli pomerne rýchlo. Oceňujem najmä skutočnosť, že pán Halabuk prevzal plnú zodpovednosť za všetky fázy transakcie, od samotných obhliadok a zabezpečenia vypratania priestorov až po právne úkony spojené s podpisom zmlúv a vkladom do katastra nehnuteľností. Celý proces prebehol bezproblémovým odovzdaním kľúčov a dokumentácie, čím ma odbremenil od akejkoľvek administratívnej záťaže.

We do not recommend, Transfer Chabenecka 3, Banska Bystrica extremely many nice information towards both the buyer and the seller. A) Problem, they pushed to use their financier => did not process the loan (the deposit was supposed to be refundable, everything was not turned around = they just put pressure, in which it was written otherwise that we should ignore the contract). When signing, I said that I would process the loan quickly and myself // in the end I listened that I should use their financier because I did not risk anything (with their financier the deposit is refundable, if the loan does not go through then I will deny everything). After a month + waiting I learned, actually from the real estate agent, that the financier was trying to call me (false) // that he did not send me the loan. B) I had 2 weeks left until the end of the reservation, I had the loan processed myself in 1 week. The result both the seller and the buyer expected was miserable / completely unnecessary stress and totally unpleasant communication. C) They literally lied that the seller did not want to talk to us (the seller said that his nerves were already broken and he was shouting which is unusual.
