A very unserious real estate agency, they misled us from the beginning, put us in a time crunch with another interested party (who will come to pay the reservation fee first), they concluded a reservation contract on the same day with several interested parties, made us pay the reservation fee and then cancelled the reservation on the same day. I agree with the previous comment that the reservation contract is written only in favor of the real estate agency. I recommend being very cautious. I am considering filing a complaint with the Slovak Trade Inspection.

We recommend cooperating with RK only after reading this review. We bought land through RK. We had the reservation contract drafted by RK checked by a lawyer (first a friend, then a paid lawyer). Both of them strongly advised us not to sign the contract, as it was very vague and only protected the interests of RK. At the same time, they listed several points that RK should definitely include in the reservation contract. We explained these requirements in writing to RK, who delivered a modified contract to us the next day, asking if we could sign it within two days. After opening the "modified" contract, we were given a glimpse of the original contract, in which only one point of our requirements had been modified. RK did not include the rest without explanation. I do not know if we should have understood this to mean that they thought we would not notice. Of course, we refused to sign the contract and demanded that our other requirements be included, or at least a justification for not including them. Subsequently, the lady from RK called me and tried to convince me to sign the contract in the original version, arguing with their "20 years of experience" and "you know lawyers, everyone will tell you something different". When I responded to the second argument by having it checked by two lawyers who independently agreed, 20 years of experience came up again. Simply put, there was no rational conversation with the lady and the only solution was to repeat unwaveringly on the phone that unfortunately we really would not sign the contract on the recommendation of lawyers. Fortunately, the lady from RK ran out of patience before me, and so generously admitted that we could draft our own contract. So we paid for legal services for this purpose. Of course, RK also negotiated with the lawyer, not forgetting to present her 20 years of experience to him. During this period, they also called us saying that there were new interested parties on the scene for the land and that we should sign their contract as soon as possible. We signed the contract less than a month later and, amazingly, no one had sold us the land by then. After 4 months from the start of this adventure, the land was ours. In conclusion, let everyone make up their own mind. If you decide to cooperate with RK, we recommend that you verify all their claims and draft contracts so that they are not to your explicit disadvantage. Insist on your position and do not let yourself be blackmailed.
