Unprofessional from the first visit. Too busy on her phone to pay attention to clients. All came to a head yesterday when she continued to raise her voice at our business partner, who was asking questions he had every right to ask. Went back on her word several times. The breaking point for me was when I had to tell her this wasn’t professional (the way she was speaking). I needed clarification so I asked my friend in English what the issue was (it’s hard for me to follow fast convos even though I can speak Spanish I am still learning). She replied and called me, “mal educada” because I spoke my native language for 2 seconds. This was all I needed to hear for me to decided we shouldn’t work with her. At that point I removed myself from the office and told my husband we won’t be buying this house. To the business owner - nothing you say will remove the bad taste in my mouth after being called poorly mannered for speaking my own language. It’s awful when your clients have to repeatedly ask you to speak to them with respect. I had to do this 3 times. At one point I said, “escúchame por favor” and she said, “no”. Horrible experience and I hope no other foreigners/or locals choose to spend their money with her or this establishment. This could have been a fruitful relationship, as this was the first of many homes we were looking to invest in. Her poor behaviours ruined it. Don’t work with concha!
