MDS Nieruchomości

I had an excellent experience working with Ms Małgorzata Szymańska while searching for an apartment. As a foreigner, I especially appreciated her professionalism, honesty, and support throughout the entire process. Before I arrived, she prepared a list of apartments that matched my budget and requirements, giving me many good options to choose from. She accompanied me to every viewing, carefully checked details I would not have noticed myself, and honestly explained both the benefits and drawbacks of each place. After I chose an apartment, she also verified the ownership and checked the contract, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. She speaks fluent English and was very helpful with translation and communication as well. I highly recommend her services, especially for foreigners looking for trustworthy and reliable help finding an apartment.

I am delighted to write a recommendation for Mrs Małgorzata Szymańska from MDS Nieruchomości, who recently managed the sale of my apartment in Warsaw. Being based in the UK made it challenging for me to be present for viewings or to organise the property, but Mrs Malgorzata handled every aspect, including retrieving important paperwork that I had misplaced. She not only found a buyer but also negotiated a sale price that surpassed my expectations. Mrs Malgorzata oversaw all negotiations and the legal process with utmost professionalism, consistently keeping me updated on progress. She is both personable and extremely patient, and I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone in need of an agent in Warsaw or elsewhere. Clive Watson-January 2026

My experience of dealing with real-estate agents whether it’s Warsaw, London, Dubai, or, frankly, anywhere else, has been overwhelmingly negative. Mrs Małgorzata Szymańska is the total opposite. Professional, measured, and an absolute treat to deal with. She looked after me and my wife and explained every step in as much detail as was needed. Do yourself a favour and forget anyone else, she is the person to speak to when dealing with property in Warsaw.

We had excellent cooperation with Ms. Małgorzata from MDS throughout the entire property sale process – she was completely professional. She was very helpful in gathering the necessary documents and actively participated in meetings with buyers. It was a very pleasant and fruitful collaboration, and I highly recommend Ms. Szymańska.

I highly recommend working with Ms. Małgosia! Hassle-free communication and extensive real estate knowledge! I recently searched for an apartment to rent and chose Ms. Małgosia as my agent. It was a perfect choice! The perfect apartment for me was found quickly, and we signed the contract and handover protocol. The entire process was top-notch! If you're considering choosing an agent, I wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Szymańska!
