When I finally sent a message, they had the audacity to say, 'Oh, we thought it was spam because it’s a foreign number.' Really? That’s the excuse we’re rolling with? 🙂 Fine, I soldiered on. I was interested in renting a restaurant in Bratislava, after all. After five long days, I finally got a response, which barely scratched the surface of the details I needed. I replied immediately, asking for *all* the information to be sent to my email. Five weeks later, my inbox remains hauntingly empty. So here’s a little free advice: if you want to be taken seriously in business, maybe start by actually doing your job. Respond to potential clients, provide the information requested, and—here’s a wild idea—treat people with a shred of respect. Right now, your customer service screams, ‘We don’t care, and it shows.’" 🤷🏻‍♂️
