VERITAS Nieruchomości

I had such a great experience with this agency, and especially with Thomasz Mikolajczak. From day one, he was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I found the apartment I’m currently renting through an online listing, where Thomasz’s number was provided. At the time, I was quite desperate to find a place after having contacted several others without much luck. I called Thomasz on a Friday, and he immediately got back to me and arranged a viewing for the very next day, even though it was a Saturday. During the viewing, he took his time, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. I loved the apartment right away, and we were able to arrange everything very smoothly. From beginning to end, Thomasz was genuinely kind, accommodating, and always willing to help. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m extremely happy that I chose this agency and very grateful to Thomasz for making what could have been a stressful process so simple and positive. Highly recommended!

Very professional, the transaction went smoothly, efficiently, and without any complications. From the very beginning, through the presentation of the apartment, the ease of scheduling an appointment, and the exceptionally smooth closing of the transaction. Our interests were fully secured, and all procedures were followed. All we had to do was arrive for the deed at a mutually agreed-upon time. I highly recommend both Mr. Tomasz Mikołajczyk and the office manager, Mr. Leszek Czura – they have extensive knowledge and experience. Thank you, and I highly recommend them!

I couldn't have found a more unreliable company on the market. Mr. Leszek and his employee are the height of arrogance and unprofessionalism. His positive reviews are likely bought. The house is listed and there's zero customer service, zero interaction with the potential buyer.

I highly recommend working with Mr. Tomasz Mikołajczak. We sold a plot of land. He has excellent customer service, excellent rapport, and was very thorough. He was very helpful with all the notarial formalities.

Mr. Tomasz Mikołajczak brokered the purchase of our new apartment. He proved to be both a professional and a very kind and empathetic person. If you're looking for a new place to live, you've come to the right place.
